This session opens with a visual and physical assessment of your problem areas, identifying the muscle groups contributing to your pain or restriction — not just where it hurts, but why. Using trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, and pin-and-stretch techniques, Damien systematically unwinds the tension driving your discomfort and works toward lasting relief.

Extended Clinical Session 90 Minutes — $120​

For clients with complex or multi-area issues, the 90-minute session provides additional time to address more than one region of dysfunction, or to work more thoroughly through deeply held tension patterns. The same clinical assessment and targeted approach applies — just more time to do the work your body needs.

Ideal for clients with full-body compensation patterns, athletes in recovery, or anyone who has been dealing with pain in multiple areas simultaneously.
